This cute top was donated by the DI. I purchased the batting with the gift card my Auntie Ve sent for this project and last week, my mother-in law and I went to the local fabric store in Fillmore and she purchased the backing for this quilt.
It is 9:00 p.m. and this puppy is all loaded and ready to go. I wanted to quilt straight lines, not measured, different distances apart. I used the channel locks which lock the machine vertically, it will only sew horizontal making it a cinch to quilt this baby. I had a hard time getting the tension set properly on this one.
It took 3 hours and I really like how it turned out. It was midnight when I finished and my goal was to quilt three quilts Friday night so I better get the third one loaded and done.
